Movesome has been transformational. Since joining Sam's classes, the pain and stiffness in my neck, back and calf has definitely reduced. I was even surprised to find it helped relieve the tightness in the center of my chest too!
Sam's virtual classes are suitable for both beginner and advanced practitioners. His instructions are clear, concise and at the right pace for us to keep up with the moves. I've attended different yoga classes in the past, but I've found Movesome to be the best by far. I'm very thankful and I can tell how much effort and thought Sam puts into each and every move he teaches in the class.
