CANCELLATION

ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS

Cancellations should be 24 hours prior to the commencement of the session, else you would be liable to a cancellation fee.

GROUP SESSION

Group session may cancel if there is no participant at the start of the session. MOVESOME reserves the rights to cancel any session with at least 4 hours’ advance notice of cancellation.

NO LOCK IN CONTRACT
There is no lock in contract and you are free to cancel the subscription yourself at any time.

SENIORS
Seniors over the age of 65 years may be eligible for seniors’ discounted Group Membership subject to MOVESOME guidelines and the following general terms and conditions: all seniors must take medical advice from their medical practitioner before joining MOVESOME.

PERMISSION
By signing up you give permission to MOVESOME to contact you with promotional/marketing activities unless you clearly opt out from MOVESOME marketing activities.

TERMINATION BY MOVESOME
MOVESOME reserves the right to terminate this membership agreement in accordance with the following conditions: Failure to abide by any of the criteria listed in the conditions of entry or the items listed in this agreement. Action upon a complaint by a member, employee or contractor of MOVESOME. Any other reason in the interests of protecting the health and safety of you or other members.

DAMAGE & PERSONAL INJURY
To the extent permitted by law, MOVESOME and the outsourced payment provider exclude any liability to the member in contract, tort, statute or in any other way for any injury, damage or loss of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, any liability for direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage), sustained by the member and/or any other person, or for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by the member, arising from or in connection with this membership agreement and/or the services/ products provided by MOVESOME and/ or debit success, and/or any act of omission of MOVESOME and/or nominated outsourced payment provider. Security of information We take the security of your personal information seriously. We take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is treated confidentially, kept secure and protected against unauthorised use and is maintained only for the purpose for which it is intended. Please be aware that the internet is not a secure environment. If you use the internet to send us any information, including your email address, it is sent at your own risk. DISCLAIMER
MOVESOME and its representatives will not be liable and excludes all liability in any other way for all injury, illness, damage or loss of any kind whatsoever directly or indirectly sustained by you in relation to participating in any session. You hereby agree to release MOVESOME and its representatives from all claims relating to participating in any session or otherwise.
