am a dentist of 22 years. I’ve had chronic back pain, stiffness and flexibility issues which were becoming debilitating. My posture was also very bad. I’m very grateful to have access to Sam’s expertise every week on a one on one basis. He is dedicated to changing peoples lives through MOVESOME and I have benefitted immensely. I’m getting better sleep, energy and my posture has improved. I look and feel much younger than I am!
